We contacted BGS over a year ago to inquire about options for emergency back-up generators. Your sales engineer responded promptly and spent hours discussing our individual needs and the alternatives. We also investigated other types of generators with other companies and revisited multiple issues with him, including energy needs (power and specific appliances), type of generators, noise levels, options for locations of generators, limitations of back-up generators. He met with us multiple times and even took us to the site of recently installed generators of various sizes to see and hear the systems in action.
